What We Do – Areas of Focus

Anxiety/Children & Adults

Anxiety has become one of the most common complaints among people in our society today because we live in a world that is so unpredictable.

Depression, much like anxiety, is a symptom of a greater problem. The symptoms in depression vary greatly from person to person and . . .

EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of trauma.

Every couple wants their relationship to be the one that lasts. We’ve all heard the statistics on failing marriages and we’re certain that will NOT be us.

Healthy relationships are not found or discovered based on the person you marry; they are developed over time as a result of hard work and consistent focus.

Coping with Divorce

No one enters a marriage expecting a divorce, However, it does happen and it does not have to be traumatic or filled with anger.

Childhood/Adult Trauma

Crisis and trauma have no respect for class, gender, or race. Therefore, we all experience and process it in our own way.

Grief and Loss

If you’ve recently lost a loved one you know what grief is. It doesn’t matter if it was sudden or expected, the pain is the same.

Anger Management

The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes.
